The purpose of this assignment is to answer the requirement question base upon my findings and impressions. These rates are based on my connection from home PC to Haywire Internet Service Provider (ISP) provided by CSU Hayward. I got Pentium 200Mhz, 32MB RAM, S3 SVGA, 15 in. 1024x768 NI monitor, US Robotics 33.6kbps, Win95, Netscape Navigator 4.03.
